Own your business premises!

We have recently helped a client to take charge of his retirement planning and certainty of his ongoing tenancy of his business premises – all in one transaction.  His business was being run from a factory when the landlord notified the business owner that the factory was to be sold.

Through some planning with Mackenzie & Co the business owner was able to afford to purchase the factory using funds held in his super fund as well as money borrowed by his super fund.  The business owner now knows there is certainty in being able to operate from that premises and he doesn’t mind paying the higher rental charges either!
